Pilots will enter using gate 3 and will stay on the roadway until time to set up. Only pilot vehicles will be allowed to drive onto the grass other vehicles need to stay on paved areas. We will conduct the briefing, check-in, and morning activities at the Sid. Reminder to everyone that alcohol is not allowed inside the SCPP. Red solo cups are in fashion. There will be food trucks for hot food and drinks.

Let’s spread some cheer and smiles by dressing in the best holiday outfit you can find. Prizes will be given on both days for the best dressed. 

During the event should a pilot have a question or need assistance during the event the Special Events Staff will be utilizing ABIF1 for these direct questions and will have radios on them. 

RC Pilots will need to attend registration and briefing on both days. No Free Flight will Be Allowed.

This is the 40th Anniversary of the Jingle Bell Rally so that means we have limited edition pins and shirts before they are gone. Sales will take place each day in the morning during registrations.
