The Jingle Bell event is schedule for December 14. The first 50 pilots to show up will receive a pilot gift. Spectators of all ages are welcome! Anyone interested in crewing check in with the organizers at the registration table.

Registration

Registration opens at 6:30am and briefing will be held at 7:00am. Pre-registration is not required. In order to fly under the waiver please ensure we have your current pilot and balloon information. Toy Drive

We will be doing a toy drive this year. Please bring one NEW toy or book per person for the Christmas Toy drive.

Baking Contest

Christmas goodies competition: top 3 win prizes.
CANDY, COOKIES, FUDGE, BROWNIES, SMALL CUPCAKES- ANYTHING that does not have to be cut or eaten with a fork/spoon (ie cakes, pies,puddings or the like). Bring in a disposable container and please note on container if it includes NUTS, PEANUT BUTTER, or BLUEBERRIES – for allergies awareness. For more information reach out to special-events@hotairballooning.org.

Flying Events Competition

We will have competitive events on all flyable days. Only the first flyable day will count towards the overall scores for the year. The 2nd flyable will be a for fun competition with prizes provided by the Special Events committee.

More?!

There will be raffle items available that will be given throughout the morning, after folks get back from flying. We will also have a kids corner with some fun activities for all the children present (That might not actually eliminate anyone… )
